Farmdog Veggies is a 1/2 acre market garden at Holden Farm in Louisville, Kentucky.

Farmer Noble has over 2 decades of cooking experience working in some of America's most unique & amazing kitchens from coast to coast. His passion for food & working with nature ultimately has led him back to the rich topsoil of his family farm in Louisville, Ky. After working and learning organic farming practices in Portland, Oregon Farmer Noble is excited & inspired to bring fresh, delicious veggies to his friends, family, & community.

Holden Farm is perched on 30 acres along Floyd's Fork Creek on the crust of Louisville, Ky. Mostly natural forest & creek area, the delicate beauty of our ecosystem has inspired us to farm naturally using organic practices. While observing that each decision made on the farm has a direct impact on the native habitat, we pledge to work closely in tandem with nature. We use no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, we use no GMO's, we plant and encourage habitat for pollinators, we recycle local resources for compost to nourish the soil. We love compost!

Farmdog, our beloved mascot, is a 10 year old rescue pup who lives for snacks, belly rubs, naps by a hot woodstove, and chasing the boogey monster through the forest... He also is a trained certified K-9 unit and studied meditation with buddhist monks in a Shaolin Monastery. nope, no he's not, that never happened.
